Myself and Susan are clients with Josslin insurance for all our insurance needs from personal to business. We want to pass on our appreciation for all the fantastic work Ashley has done for us we have kept her very, very busy. We moved from Kitchener to Kearney to Huntsville all in 5 months.....and Ashley has been along for the ride quoting, changing, fixing, recommending, and throw in a Pandemic and all our insurance needs are current and up to date. Ashley called late this week JUST to let us know she was working on our new house insurance, and that we would be good to go on closing which was 2 days later. Kari (my client service broker) is always so very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been with Josslin Insurance Brokers for nearly 30 years and couldn’t imagine moving. I like having a broker who lives and works in my community. There’s a level of care that you get from someone you see on the street and run into at the grocery store that you just don’t get from someone who doesn’t know you. My broker knows all the discounts I’m entitled to, and is able to warn me about risks specific to my house and car that are unique to me. And when I actually needed my insurance, he was there too.

Just a note to let you know how satisfied and happy we are with your service. This spring we experienced basement water damage. My wife and I would very highly recommend Romano Klomp of Josslin Insurance. At a time when our group plan coverage ended, and being told by our previous broker that we could not carry over our personal health coverage, Romano was able to secure us health benefits with no medicals at all. We were well past the qualifying period, Romano explained the situation to the insurance company and they agreed to give us the full coverage.
We are very grateful and appreciative for Romano’s efforts for without him going to bat for us, we would have had nothing. Being retired, this could have been a financial disaster.

Heisler Homes Inc. has been a client of Todd Aitchison & Josslin Insurance since January of 2009. We moved our commercial business, commercial auto and our Builders Risk policies to Josslin because we had formed a connection with Todd prior to him joining Josslin. Upon becoming a client of Josslin, we not only had the great service we came to expect with Todd but also a feeling of added protection from the brokerage and service staff as a whole.
At Josslin there is no voicemail, you get through to who you need to speak with or someone who can assist you the 1st time and in the advent of a claim situation you deal directly with a brokerage partner or your representative no matter whether it’s during regular business hours or not.
We’ve been fortunate enough to not have any claims issues to deal with but on the one situation where a sub-contractor was trying to associate us with a claim, Todd took control of the situation directly with the insurer and resolved the issue without any disruption. It’s service like this and being able to call and make changes to our policies on the same day we call, that makes you feel like you’re in a partnership with the brokerage rather the just a transactional business relationship.

Upon moving into our first out-of-the-house office, with our first employees, we needed to select an insurance company and plan that would satisfy our landlord and ensure that my husband and I were well covered and protected from a general liability and errors and omissions standpoint. We called our Chamber’s preferred vendor (who could barely stir himself to answer my questions) as well as Josslin Insurance, based on a business card pinned to our office’s bulletin board.
Derrick MacDonald was simply wonderful. He walked us through each step and actually filled out the lengthy forms for us, explaining why each question was asked and helping us give the most accurate response. He made 2 separate trips to our office to save us time, and we were very happy with the coverage and price he was able to broker for us.
Since then, Derrick has kept in touch (not just when he wanted something) and we feel Josslin as a company really cares that we are well covered and getting the best rate. Nice to have others in your corner when you are running a business, so choosing the right partner for every part of your business is so important. Josslin fits us really well. They do what they promise, and they truly care. Big claims, which in the 3 years we have used them, they have fully backed up!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others for every type of insurance, and have already done so repeatedly.

After buying our first home together, I knew life insurance or mortgage insurance was on the horizon for my husband and I.
