The RHRA requires that the resident (Power of Attorney) shall arrange, and maintain a comprehensive policy of insurance during the term of this agreement, insuring the resident's personal effects, and providing coverage of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) against public liability claims. The Resident (POA) shall produce the policy to Highview Residences upon admission to residence.
