Provides customized coverage for Contractors. Types of contractors could include but are not limited to:

  • Electricians
  • Plumbers
  • Renovations
  • Painters
  • Window Washing
  • Landscapers
  • Janitors

Qualifications
Most companies prefer at least 3 years of similar experience to operations performed.

Required by law
Not required by law, but may be required to satisfy lender requirements or contractual obligations.

Things that can be covered
Tools, Contractors Equipment, material and labour invested into job not yet completed, Liability for Bodily Injury and Property Damage,  non-owned auto coverage for employees using their own vehicle for business purposes while at work, Completed operations,

Premiums based on
Gross Estimated Sales, scope of operations, amount of contractors equipment if over the base limits provided, experience of insured.
