Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance

Provides excess liability coverage over the business, business vehicles and related watercraft. It also provides coverage for additional perils which may not be included in regular business liability.

Offered as an extension of an existing business policy.

Required by law
Not required by law, but may be required to satisfy lender requirements or contractual obligations

Things that can be covered
Coverage such as libel, slander, false arrest, defamation of character, invasion of rights of privacy, liability assumed under some contracts and liability occurred as the result of volunteer work in a non-profit organization.

Premiums based on
Annual Revenue, Annual Payroll, number of business vehicles, number of recreational vehicles, and limit of coverage requested.
