Required by law
Not required by law, but may be required to satisfy lender requirements or contractual obligations. Where test drives are offered, or vehicle service is performed,  a Garage Automobile policy will be required by law. (see related coverage)

Building, Stock/ Inventory (Floor Plan), Business Interruption, Crime, Equipment Breakdown, Liability, 

Premiums based on
Similar to other Property/Liability policies.  Property exposure is rated based on the limits of insurance required.  Liability is rated based on sales/revenues.
