What to do if you are involved in an automobile accident:
Stay Calm - This will help you assess the extent of injuries and/or damage.
Call Police and or an Ambulance - To file an accident report and/or obtain medical assistance.
Do NOT admit fault or liability - Talk with the police or contact our office. An adjuster will be assigned to determine fault and settle your claim.
Obtain as much information as possible - Be sure to get the other driver's vehicle and insurance information, along with as many details of the accident as possible. If the police respond, obtain a copy of the police report, or accident reporting number.
