Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance pays for basic dental care.  Ideal for you if you are self-employed or don’t have dental benefits through work, this type of coverage is offered in conjunction with Health Insurance.

Qualifications
You must fill out an application and answer medical questions. Fluid testing may also be required, along with other underwriting requirements.

Things that can be covered
Teeth cleaning, fillings and preventative care, fluoride protection for kids under 18 years of age, regular check ups, fillings, root canals, extractions, cleanings, x-rays, periodontics, and endodontics. Some plans cover dentures, bridges and orthodontics.

Premiums based on
The number of members in your family you wish to cover.
